WARRANTY & RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our diamond rings and diamond jewelry. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, for example if a diamond should come loose due to a faulty setting.
If you discover a defect upon delivery, please contact us. We cover the return shipping to our manufacturer for assessment. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a new ring will be produced or the defect will be repaired at no cost.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by external impact, such as if the ring has been dropped or damaged by bumps or pressure.

In addition to the warranty, you as a consumer always have 3 years of statutory right to complaint according to Swedish consumer law. The complaint right applies to defects that existed at the time of delivery. After the first six months, the burden of proof rests on the consumer to demonstrate that the defect was original.

You are always welcome to contact us even after the warranty period. In some cases, we may be able to repair or replace the jewelry for a fee. We also recommend having insurance that covers loss and damage.
